Guarantees are given in accordance with legal requirements. Any further guarantee statements are contained on each product label. 

Cancellation/Return Policy:
An order may be canceled anytime before it is shipped, with no cost to the customer. An order or any part thereof may be returned (un-opened bottles) within 7 working days of receipt, at the customer's expense and a 20% processing fee. If the merchandise is returned for reasons of defective quality, or errors on our path, we will bear the costs of such returns.
